Welcome to David Center Dot Com a web site devoted to the interests of David B. Center, PhD (Professor and Chair Emeritus, Georgia State University - Atlanta). One purpose of this site will be to share with others a set of Market Barometers for investors interested in trading the NDX both long and short using standard and leveraged index funds (ETFs) as trading vehicles. A second purpose will be to make available both personal opinion, creative works, professional publications and other material of possible interest. The only commercial page is a list of books that I've read and recommend. Each non-fiction book has a short comment on its content.
